Lac qui Parle County Busted Mugshots is a private reference source, not a government office. We cannot confirm whether a person is in custody or released, release anyone, arrange bond, or pull an official booking record. Contact the public office that holds the record for an official answer.

Official Lac qui Parle Record Routes

Choose the office by the record type. The live county roster is the source for a current in-custody check. The Sheriff's Office is the records route for a county booking record or booking photograph. Dawson-Boyd Police Department handles its own incident and patrol records, while Minnesota court records provide the case result. These channels are separate, and a roster entry or a city incident report does not replace the court file.

The county does not publish a dedicated sheriff records-request form or a fixed turnaround for booking records. For a request, give the full name, approximate booking or incident date, and booking number or MNI when available. Ask for specific existing public data. The county's fee schedule lists booking and non-booking copies at $25 each, a printed county photograph at $5, and a county photograph saved to CD at $25. A custodian can explain whether information is public, partly redacted, or limited by a legal classification.

  • Current custody: Use the official Lac qui Parle County In-Custody List. It is a live roster, not a complete historical arrest log. Note its displayed timestamp, then call the Sheriff's Office if the record needs official confirmation or the roster is unavailable.
  • County booking record or photograph: Call or write the Sheriff's Office above. The county-linked LETG custody roster can supply a current booking number or MNI for a request, but the Sheriff's Office is the records custodian.
  • Dawson incident report: Contact the Dawson-Boyd Police Department by phone or email and provide the incident date, location, report number if known, and the public data sought. No Dawson-specific request form, fee schedule, or response-time promise was located.
  • Court status or disposition: Use Minnesota Court Records Online, also called MCRO, or contact the district court. Pending criminal matters can require a case number, citation, or attorney information rather than a defendant-name search.
  • State custody after county jail: Use the Minnesota DOC public viewer for people under DOC jurisdiction. It is separate from the county jail roster and does not replace a county booking record.
  • Federal or immigration custody: Use the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator or the ICE Online Detainee Locator when the person may be in those separate systems.

Charges and booking statuses are accusations or custody information, not proof of guilt. For a final case result, use a reliable court match and the court's disposition terminology. Emergencies should be reported to 911 rather than through a records request or a private reference source.
